Brenda - I am in my seventh year of teaching in Ascension Parish and my fourth year at Lakeside. I am honored to have been nominated as the 2024–2025 Lakeside Teacher of the Year. I love seeing my former kindergarten and first grade students grow into leaders through Beta and am excited to serve as this year’s Beta sponsor. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Rik, and cheering on our son, Luke, a sixth grader at Lake, at the soccer fields.
